  • Oliver leads Portland’s Public Affairs practice.
  • He joined Portland in January 2011, after a previous five years with Fleishman-Hillard, most recently as Director and Partner in the London Public Affairs team.
  • Oliver has advised global FMCG and financial services brands, and worked across regulated sectors including energy, water and telecoms.
  • He also has experience of crisis and issues management including restructure, M&A and product recall and has worked on major Government procurements.
