- Nicky joined Portland as an Account Manager in the communications team
- Prior to this Nicky worked at Hill & Knowlton for three years, most recently in the issues & crisis division where she worked with Zolfo Cooper, formerly known as Kroll, on insolvency casework including the XL Airlines collapse
- Nicky has worked on proactive media campaigns, issues and reputation management and media training for clients including HSBC, Kettle Foods, Intel, and HP.
- Nicky graduated from Durham University with a degree in social sciences
