Kevin McKeever has joined Portland as Head of Property and Planning. McKeever previously led Bell Pottinger’s Planning and Local Government Unit.
Portland’s planning practice has grown strongly over recent years, working for clients including Tesco and McDonald’s. McKeever is the latest big hire for Portland, which recently recruited former No10 Policy Unit head James O’Shaughnessy.
