HR and Talent Manager

  • As HR and Talent Manager, Gillian has overall responsibility for Portland's Human Resources function.
  • Gillian joined Portland in December 2010. She brings HR experience from commercial and not-for-profit organisations including Mercer Consulting, the Association of British Insurers and Westpac Banking Corporation.
  • Gillian has an MA in People Management and is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
