A founder member of Portland’s International Affairs Unit, David has over four years’ experience working for Governments and high profile companies and individuals in Russia and the FSU.
As the Senior Account Manager overseeing our work in the region, he provides advice on media and stakeholder strategy and engagement for UK and international audiences.
He has extensive experience in handling complex international political and business issues, working on events including the 2008 Russia-Georgia war and Ukrainian gas crises.
