Portland is looking for outstanding freelance political and communications consultants to join our roster of advisers.

Consultants will be communications specialists with demonstrable understanding of government or political communications, and experience in strategy development, project management and media campaigns, including up to the most senior levels.

Additional languages are desirable (Russian, Arabic, French and Spanish particularly helpful).

Applicants will be added to our roster and approached about specific projects as required. The work will involve regular overseas travel including long-term project work based abroad.
